Theme: Beyond Expectations

What happens when we move slightly beyond what we thought was possible?

For TEDxØygarden 2026, we are looking for speakers who have an idea, insight or experience that challenges expectations. Whether in everyday life, research, technology or society.

You don’t need to be a well-known name. We are just as interested in voices from our community as in established experts. What matters is that you have something real to share, and a perspective that can make people see things differently.

Your talk should have a clear idea at its core — something others can learn from, reflect on, or bring with them into their own lives.

We are especially interested in:

• Personal stories that shift how we understand ourselves or others

• Local experiences with broader relevance

• New ways of thinking about familiar challenges

• Research or innovation that opens up new possibilities

TEDxØygarden is a place where ideas from a small community can take the stage.
